Jeremiah is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 13 years of multi-sector experience spanning consulting, construction, real estate, and development sectors. He is widely respected for his ability to align people strategies with business outcomes through performance enablement, HR analytics, MEAL frameworks, and project-based execution.

 

Jeremiah holds an Executive MBA and is certified in Google Project Management,  and multiple HR credentials, including HRPL, CHRP, and IHRM. His expertise covers talent management, learning and development, organizational design, policy compliance, employee engagement, and digital HR transformation.

 

Driven by excellence, Jeremiah has led nationwide HR operations, implemented systems that improved retention and compliance, and contributed to workforce strategy in both corporate and social impact environments. He brings a unique blend of leadership, data-driven decision-making, and human-centered solutions to every organization he supports.
